SearchPlus HR is currently recruiting Clinical Pathologist Specialists for leading private sector healthcare facilities.
This role involves providing expert pathological analysis and diagnostic services to support patient management and clinical decision-making within private medical institutions.
As a Clinical Pathologist Specialist in the private sector, you will analyze various laboratory specimens and tests, interpret findings accurately, and communicate results effectively to healthcare teams.
You will contribute to maintaining high standards of laboratory practice and help ensure superior patient outcomes.
Responsibilities: Conduct and interpret a broad range of laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
Deliver accurate diagnostic reports in a timely manner to assist physicians in patient care.
Work collaboratively with medical professionals to provide consultative support and optimize treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with quality control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Participate in continuing education and apply the latest advancements in clinical pathology.
Assist in laboratory management and workflow optimization as needed.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Requirements: Medical degree with certification in Clinical Pathology.
Valid license to practice as a Clinical Pathologist Specialist.
Completion of accredited residency program in clinical pathology.
Preferably experience working in private healthcare laboratories or institutions.
Strong expertise in diagnostic pathology techniques and laboratory procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
