This is an office-based recruitment & sales role, focused on managing and closing candidates for international job opportunities in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate with candidates interested in working abroad
- Present clearly the job opportunities and process
- Build trust and handle objections professionally
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Close candidates into signed contracts
- Follow up consistently until conversion
Compensation
- Salary: 4,000 AED/month
- Commission per successfully signed candidate
- High earning potential for top performers
Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses

Required Profile
✔ Mandatory: Experience in international recruitment and study visa
✔ Minimum 3 years relevant experience
✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✔ Ability to handle objections and close candidates
✔ Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
