Key Responsibilities Perform a broad range of cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and congenital heart defect surgeries.
Conduct detailed preoperative evaluations and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and surgical outcomes.
Oversee postoperative care, monitor recovery, and manage any complications efficiently.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about surgical procedures, risks, and postoperative care.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records of all surgical interventions and patient progress.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac surgery techniques and technologies.

Board certification or equivalent credential in Cardiac Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region, specifically Sharjah/UAE.
Proven experience performing complex cardiac surgeries in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, surgical procedures, and postoperative management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
