Key Responsibilities Perform complex neurosurgical surgeries including brain, spine, and peripheral nerve procedures.
Conduct detailed neurological assessments and develop individualized surgical management plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate surgical records and documentation to comply with healthcare standards.
Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding diagnosis, surgical options, risks, and recovery.
