Job description

Monitor and evaluate case studies according to established procedures and standards to ensure the effective implementation of intervention plans and verify the achievement of objectives for case closure accurately.


  1. Review results of intervention plans and make adjustments to the plans if necessary based on progress in workflow and the extent of achieving the targeted outcomes from service evaluations.


  2. Authorize case closures after ensuring the implementation of plans based on established standards and frameworks, and based on the evaluation of achieved outcomes and reviewing final reports for cases and assessing observations and recommendations.


  3. Conduct "Team Review" meetings and verify initial acceptance evaluations, study cases and intervention plans, and workflow reports, and close cases to ensure quality and consistency.


  4. Negotiate with external service providers to ensure their performance in intervention plans and ensure that the services provided to the agency's clients meet the agreed-upon quality level according to service delivery agreements.


  5. Review and approve risk assessments for intervention plans prepared by specialists and conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure that those risks are in place for proactive intervention through corrective plans that ensure the achievement of targeted outcomes.


  6. Coordinate with internal service providers (departments and sections of the agency) (e.g., senior citizens; people of determination; family consultations; child protection; benefits and financial empowerment) and follow up to ensure they perform their roles according to intervention plans and discuss adjustments to the plans if necessary.


  7. Monitor the evaluation of agency services for clients referred from other external parties participating in the unified system for managing social and humanitarian cases.


  8. Organize regular meetings with relevant specialists and clients to receive feedback from clients and service providers; to review the effectiveness and quality of services.


  9. Conduct field visits to monitor cases according to established standards for monitoring emergency and high-risk cases and evaluate them.


  10. Monitor the complaints system for cases being managed and conduct regular reviews of the process for drawing up procedures related to case management, whether with external service providers or with departments within the agency, and raise improvement and development recommendations to the direct manager.


  11. Prepare periodic reports on the extent of achievement in work plans and case studies and submit them for approval.


  12. Document reviews on cases and intervention plans on a regular basis on electronic databases to support effective follow-up and continuous updates.


  13. Establish systems for monitoring and supervising the implementation of the unified system for managing cases and identifying gaps and areas for improvement and raising recommendations to the department manager.


  14. Ensure compliance with procedural legislation and standards of the unified system for managing cases.


  15. Provide support for selecting case management specialists according to specialties.


  16. Adhere to the policies and procedures for information security adopted by the agency and work to comply with regulations to ensure the confidentiality of information.


  17. Any other tasks and responsibilities within the scope of job responsibilities.


·Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology or equivalent.


·Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).


·At least 7 years of experience in a related field.
