We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to oversee the operations of our educational center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing educational institutions in the UAE and/or Oman, with the ability to lead teams, drive student enrollment, and ensure high academic and operational standards. Proficiency in Arabic is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall operations of the education center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Lead and supervise academic and administrative staff Drive student enrollment, retention, and overall center growth Ensure high standards of teaching quality and student satisfaction Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business targets Maintain compliance with local regulations and educational standards in the UAE/Oman Handle parent/student inquiries and resolve concerns effectively Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control Coordinate with senior management on performance and improvements Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Education, Business Administration, or a related field Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven experience in student recruitment and business development Fluency in Arabic and English Knowledge of local education regulations and market dynamics Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
