Operations & Project Execution
• Oversee daytoday operations across factory, projects, planning, procurement, logistics, and site execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Factory Manager, Planning, and Technical teams to resolve execution challenges.
• Monitor project progress, production outputs, and installation activities to ensure alignment with master schedules.
Factory & Production Management
• Oversee steel fabrication, aluminum, façade, glazing, and metal works production.
• Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, materials, and shop floor capacity.
• Review and approve production plans, fabrication schedules, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure adherence to Lean manufacturing principles, productivity targets, and wastage reduction initiatives.
Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management
• Ensure effective planning, sequencing, and coordination between factory output and site installation requirements.
• Review and monitor shortterm and longterm production and project schedules.
• Align manpower, equipment, and material availability with project milestones.
• Proactively identify risks related to delays, capacity constraints, or resource gaps and implement corrective actions.
Quality, HSE & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, method statements, ITPs, and client requirements.
• Oversee implementation of QA/QC systems across factory and project sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Support audits, inspections, mockups, and testing activities in coordination with QA/QC and HSE teams.
Commercial & Cost Control Support
• Work closely with Commercial, Contracts, and Finance teams to control costs and improve margins.
• Monitor operational KPIs related to productivity, wastage, rework, and cost efficiency.
• Support variation management, claims substantiation, and recovery of operational costs where applicable.
• Review operational budgets and support costsaving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead and mentor Operations Managers, Factory Manager, Project Managers, Planning Engineers, and Site Teams.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and performance reviews for key operational roles.
• Ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration across departments.
Strategic Support & Continuous Improvement
• Support the General Manager in strategy execution, operational planning, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, digitalization, automation, and reporting systems.
• Lead or sponsor process improvement initiatives across factory and site operations.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards for senior management review.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years experience in steel fabrication, metal works, façade contracting, or manufacturing operations
