Description
· Own the end-to-end accounting function across multiple UAE entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in line with group timelines
· Prepare and review management accounts, group reporting packs, and consolidation inputs
· Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities
· Ensure full compliance with IFRS and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
· Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies
· Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
· Partner closely with the Finance Manager and support the Group CFO on reporting and strategic initiatives
· Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure alignment across jurisdictions

· Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, group reporting, and consolidations
· Proven experience managing audits and external stakeholders
· Exposure to UAE and international tax matters is advantageous
· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business
· Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
· Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
