• Manage end-to-end execution of fit-out projects from mobilization to handover • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities and workforce • Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure accurate execution • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery • Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority approvals, and company quality standards • Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders • Oversee procurement of materials and manage subcontractor performance • Enforce strict health & safety practices on-site in line with UAE regulations • Identify risks and resolve technical or operational issues proactively • Manage project close-out, snagging, and final handover documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 7–12 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on interior fit-out projects in the UAE • Proven track record of delivering commercial or hospitality fit-out projects in Dubai • Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
