Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java developers in delivering high-quality microservices-based solutions- Design and develop Spring Boot microservices for banking applications, focusing on scalability and resilience- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems- Use Kafka MQ for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture- Manage team priorities, tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution design- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment (CI/CD)- Mentor team members for technical growth and skill enhancement

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Java development, with focus on Spring Boot and microservices- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and Kafka MQ for messaging- Experience leading a team of developers and managing priorities- Banking domain experience preferred- Strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker)- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)- Agile development experience Skills: java,kafka,microservices
