Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, specializing in Off-Plan and Secondary market properties. The role focuses on driving sales performance, managing agents, and ensuring consistent achievement of company targets. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, developing and executing effective sales strategies, mentoring and supporting agents, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a high-performing team, close deals efficiently, and contribute to the overall growth of the company in a competitive real estate market.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in real estate sales, with strong expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary property markets, preferably in the UAE. Must have prior experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including developers and property trends, is required. RERA certification is an advantage. The candidate should be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing and developing a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
