Job Summary:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Skills

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with excellent administrative and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong time management abilities, be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, and be comfortable using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack. Key skills include research and data entry, multitasking, problem-solving, adaptability, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are also essential for supporting internal teams and clients efficiently.
