Job Purpose To support business operations across departments such as PRO, HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Accounts by performing entry-level tasks, learning processes, and contributing to day-to-day activities while developing professional skills. Key Responsibilities Assist in department-specific operations (HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Accounts, PRO) Support documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks Coordinate with internal teams for operational and administrative support Handle basic customer, employee, or system-related queries Maintain accurate records, files, and databases Support process execution and compliance with company policies Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and analysis Participate in training programs and learn functional processes Functional Exposure (Based on Assignment) PRO: Assist with visa processing, government documentation, and compliance HR: Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records IT: Provide basic technical support and system maintenance Marketing: Assist in campaigns, social media, and market research Finance/Accounts: Support data entry, reconciliations, and reporting Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in relevant field:HR / Business Administration IT / Computer Science Marketing Finance / Accounting / Commerce Any discipline for PRO roles Experience0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply) Skills Basic knowledge of respective functional area Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
