We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join the team at Bla Bla by McGettigan’s — one of Dubai’s most exciting multi-concept lifestyle destinations. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful campaigns, events and brand moments. Key Responsibilities * Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-venue channels * Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content planning, posting and community engagement * Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creative assets * Assist in the delivery and promotion of events, activations and seasonal campaigns * Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers and media partners to drive coverage and awareness * Support paid media campaigns across Meta and Google to drive bookings and sales * Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide insights to optimise campaigns * Maintain website and booking platforms with up-to-date content and offers * Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution on-site
