My client a leading Fitout Contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects across office, residential, and F&B sectors in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing projects end-to-end-from design coordination through to final handover-ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, technical expertise in fit-out delivery, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery * Lead and manage the full lifecycle of fit-out projects from design development to completion and handover * Develop and manage detailed project programmes, ensuring all milestones are achieved * Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress, quality, and safety standards are maintained Design & Technical Coordination * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers to ensure alignment on project scope and design intent * Review and approve drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements * Ensure buildability, compliance, and integration of all design elements Procurement & Commercial Management * Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely sourcing of materials and subcontractors * Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations, and cash flow * Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance and deliverables Stakeholder Management * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management * Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders * Resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum Quality, Risk & Compliance * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE regulations * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.) Project Close-Out * Lead snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover processes * Ensure all documentation, approvals, and deliverables are completed and signed off

Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field * 10-15 years' experience in construction or interior fit-out * Minimum 3+ years as a Project Manager delivering full project lifecycles * Proven experience delivering office, residential, and F&B fit-out projects in the UAE * Strong knowledge of local regulations and approval processes Technical Skills * Strong understanding of fit-out construction methods, materials, and sequencing * Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning tools * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications * Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control Soft Skills * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Excellent communication and client-facing skills * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines * Highly organised with strong attention to detail Certifications (Preferred) * PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or NEBOSH
