Description
You will play a key role in the build?out of a new business line focused on financing predictable, long?term cash flows linked to infrastructure and energy?related assets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and execution of infrastructure and receivables?backed financing transactions
* Structuring and analysing long?dated cash flow opportunities
* Building and reviewing detailed financial models (project?style and cash?flow based)
* Preparing lender?ready materials and supporting discussions with banks and institutional lenders
* Assisting with debt fundraising processes and lender due diligence
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to help institutionalise credit, risk and structuring processes
* Supporting the scalability and digitisation of the infrastructure financing platform
* Evaluating new sectors and use cases, including energy, utilities and smart infrastructure

* Advanced financial modelling skills, including project or cash?flow?based models
* Experience engaging with banks, DFIs or institutional lenders
* Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a lean, fast?paced environment
* Exposure to energy, utilities or core infrastructure sectors is advantageous
