Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Business Support Executive. This is a multi-functional role combining operations, client coordination, administration, and business support. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and partners
• Ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and coordination
• Track ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines
• Coordinate between stakeholders across UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Draft professional emails, proposals, and basic reports
• Organize and maintain documents, contracts, and records
• Support invoicing, quotations, and administrative tasks
• Conduct basic research and assist with business development activities
• Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling for the Director
• Take meeting notes and follow up on action points
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or similar)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (operations, admin, coordination, or similar roles)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• UAE/GCC work experience
• Arabic language skills
• Experience working with corporate or government clients Ideal Candidate
