Job description

We are seeking a Demand Planner to manage forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply coordination to ensure product availability while minimizing costs and lead times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data and trends
  • Analyze demand patterns and improve forecast accuracy
  • Align forecasts with Sales and Procurement teams
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and monitor stock health
  • Place and track purchase orders and manage supplier coordination
  • Prepare reports on inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers on lead times and delivery schedules


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting and inventory management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Arabic speaker required
