Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement network configurations to ensure optimal connectivity and performance, focusing on scalability and security.
  • Conduct regular hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to support data transfer and connectivity requirements.
  • Monitor network traffic and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or MCSE are highly valued to demonstrate expertise.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in hardware configuration and network management is preferred.
  • Experience in both hardware troubleshooting and network design to handle complex systems efficiently.
