Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Unitrust Real Estate is looking for driven Property Consultant / Real Estate Agents who want to build a successful and sustainable career in the UAE real estate market.


We provide a strong platform for agents to succeed, including daily fresh leads generated by a well-established and active in-house marketing team, allowing consultants to focus on client engagement and closing deals efficiently.


Unitrust Real Estate is further strengthened by a well-established sister insurance brokerage company in the UAE, operating since 2011, giving us strong connections with leading developers across the UAE, offering access to reliable inventory and competitive opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to daily inbound leads provided by the marketing team.

  • Identify and understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.

  • Manage and follow-up on daily inbound leads and client inquiries.

  • Conduct property viewings, inspections, and presentation.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and agreement to successfully close deals.

  • Provide after-sales support to clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches.

  • Maintain accurate client's records and update CRM system.

  • Meet and exceeds individual sales target and performance KPIs.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultants within the UAE market (minimum 1 year experience).

  • Strong understanding of sales, leasing, off-plan property transaction.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Confident in handling client inquiries, property viewings, deal closure independently.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
