Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue across LED screen rentals, audio-visual equipment, furniture, and event infrastructure
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline within corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and related industries
Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships
Lead, mentor, and coordinate an initial team comprising three technicians and one sales executive
Gradually build and scale the sales team in line with business growth objectives
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client requirements to position the company effectively
Achieve and exceed defined sales targets, contributing directly to overall business expansion
Desired Candidate Profile
4–6+ years of UAE experience in events, exhibitions, or the equipment rental industry
Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong network within event agencies, corporate clients, and exhibition organizers
Experience in LED screen rentals, AV solutions, staging, or event infrastructure is highly preferred
Ability to build teams and lead from the front in a fast-paced environment
Preference for candidates with South Indian background and strong local market exposure
Valid UAE driving license preferred
