Responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining clean treatment rooms to secure the highest standards
• Screening customer's face with 3D visualization systems, taking pre- and post-treatment photos according to protocols
• Supporting aesthetic doctors during procedures and recording details of every treatment plan
• Educating clients on treatment and care plans and answering their questions
• Rapidly and effectively communicating all medical issues to a medical doctor or relevant leader
• Securing that consumable stock levels are maintained and recorded to ensure that the appropriate and efficient use of supplies are being administered
• Liaising with other nursing, medical and administrative staff to maintain and improve DHA standards ensuring exacting clinical standards and peace of mind for all customers
• Demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with clients, other healthcare team members and staff of other departments
• Assuming responsibility for own professional growth identifying those areas of clinical knowledge and skills that need further development
• Advocating for excellence in client care, maintaining high level of confidentiality of all client information, maintaining privacy and dignity for all clients
• Acting as a preceptor and/or resource for new employees and other staff
• Participating in performance improvement activities

Requirements:

• Previous nursing experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or cosmetics field
• Excellent hand and eye coordination
• In-depth knowledge of local health authority regulations and patient safety standards
• Outstanding communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
