Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in banking principles.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CBAP or BPM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and process analysis expertise.
- Demonstrates experience in retail banking, commercial banking, or payments processing, with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
- Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes of issues and developing effective solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
