About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to grow our car wash client base. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships with building management companies and driving new business through direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• Make daily field visits to building management companies to present and sell our car wash service packages
• Conduct follow-up calls to prospects and existing clients to maintain relationships and close deals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare daily visit reports and maintain an updated client pipeline
Desired Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in field or direct sales (car wash, facilities, or property services experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to hit targets
• Organized and able to manage a busy daily schedule independently
