Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Maintain general ledger and day-to-day accounting records

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

  • Process journal entries and assist in month-end closing

  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking

  • Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE FTA requirements

  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions

  • Prepare basic management reports and financial summaries as required

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP B1, Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
