We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with strong interiors and joinery experience to join a leading UAE-based design and fit-out business delivering high-end commercial workplace, F&B, and mixed-use interior projects. This role will play a key part in coordinating BIM workflows across interior architecture, technical detailing, and joinery packages while ensuring design intent, technical accuracy, and project delivery standards are maintained throughout all phases. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage BIM models across interior design, fit-out, and joinery packages. • Develop and maintain Revit models and BIM documentation for commercial interior projects. • Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with company standards, project requirements, and client expectations. • Coordinate with design, technical, MEP, site, and production teams to resolve clashes and technical issues. • Produce detailed joinery and interior technical drawings for construction and fabrication. • Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks and related BIM tools. • Support project teams through design development, authority submissions, tender, and construction stages. • Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and workflows across projects. • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project integration. • Assist in improving BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery strategies within the business. • Ensure all drawings and models are issued accurately and within project timelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in BIM Coordination within the UAE interiors/fit-out industry. • Strong experience working on commercial interior projects including workplace, retail, hospitality, or F&B. • Proven joinery and millwork detailing experience is essential. • Advanced proficiency in Revit is mandatory. • Strong working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows. • Understanding of UAE authority requirements, fit-out standards, and construction practices. • Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and manage project deadlines effectively. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced design and fit-out environment preferred. Preferred Experience • Experience coordinating large-scale commercial fit-out projects in the UAE. • Knowledge of fabrication drawings and production coordination for bespoke joinery packages. • Exposure to BIM execution planning and digital project delivery.
