We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Female Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations of our staff accommodation camp. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all camp services, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and create a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Camp Boss or in camp management is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multicultural teams and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and facility management standards.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
