Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans for various dermatological conditions.
Perform advanced medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures with high precision and care.
Lead and provide mentorship to junior dermatology staff to uphold clinical excellence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care delivery.
Stay updated with the latest developments, research, and innovations in dermatology.
Participate in educational initiatives and community outreach programs to promote skin health awareness.
Contribute to clinical research projects and assist in implementing best practices within the department.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Medical degree (MD or DO) from a recognized institution.
Board certification in Dermatology.
At least 7-10 years of experience in clinical dermatology, preferably within the private sector.
Strong expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
