We are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Consultant to join our dedicated critical care team.
The ideal candidate will provide expert medical leadership and deliver high-quality intensive care to critically ill patients.
This role involves managing complex cases, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in our state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
As an Intensive Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients requiring intensive medical intervention.
You will guide junior staff and work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
Effective communication with patients' families and participation in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives will also be essential aspects of this position.

Manage critical patients and develop treatment protocols.
Lead and mentor junior medical staff and trainees.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding treatment and progress.
Participate in research and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a current, valid license.
Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or a related specialty.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an ICU setting.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex clinical situations.
