Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sterilize lab equipment and glassware meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all preparations to maintain experiment integrity.
  • Conduct routine lab tests and experiments, following established protocols precisely, and promptly report any deviations or unexpected results.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of experiments, observations, and results, utilizing digital and physical formats for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, and inventory management of lab supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper storage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as a Certified Lab Assistant (CLA) certification, demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
  • Demonstrates 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, showcasing practical application of theoretical knowledge.
  • Exhibits familiarity with industry-specific laboratory practices, such as pharmaceutical or environmental labs, which is a plus.
