* 3-7 years' experience in Private Equity or Corporate M&A * Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (advanced Excel) * Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint) * Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, high-performance environment * Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail * Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup with high ownership * Sector experience in energy is beneficial but not required * Must be willing to be based full time in Abu Dhabi (requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for Dubai based candidates)
