We are seeking an enthusiastic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Executive (B2B) to become a valuable addition to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals.• Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present company services to prospective clients.• Achieve sales targets and KPIs (meetings, new customers, and revenue).• Manage and nurture client accounts to develop long-term business relationships.• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Skills & Knowledge:• Strong understanding of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a passion for sales.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.• Ability to map accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Qualification & Experience:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
