Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to company travel policies and budget constraints.
- Process and manage travel-related documentation, such as visas, passports, and insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all travel regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and other travel booking platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
