Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, user needs, and opportunitiesDefine and execute product strategy aligned with business objectivesDevelop and own product roadmaps, including feature prioritisation and release planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and deliveryAnalyse user feedback and performance data to drive continuous product improvementMonitor KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and identify enhancementsLead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimisationManage team performance, development, and resource planning while supporting organisational goals


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field6+ years' experience in product planning, product management, or related disciplineProven experience leading product strategy and roadmap developmentStrong background in digital products, platforms, or customer experience initiativesExperience in market research, data analysis, and KPI-driven decision makingDemonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teamsStrong stakeholder management skills across complex organisationsStrategic thinker with a track record of innovation and delivering results
