Job Purpose: Ensure pre-commissioning works are carried out in a smooth, safe and orderly manner. Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site personnel, completing all pre-commissioning and commissioning-related preparation, execution, documentation, approval, punch list management, certification, and handover tasks. This includes reviewing relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning documents & plans, managing personnel mobilization, supervising the procurement of pre-commissioning and commissioning materials, and coordinating on-site technical support from vendors.

Experience: More than 10 years’ hands-on experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of oil and gas processing facilities. Technical Competencies: •Possesses core expertise in the pre-commissioning and commissioning of comprehensive electrical systems, including HV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS, and protection relays. •Demonstrates proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing all key electrical commissioning documentation, such as test procedures, method statements, and emergency protocols. •Brings over three years of field-based commissioning experience in industrial settings, with advanced skills in troubleshooting complex electrical issues using specialized test equipment. •Exhibits mastery in interpreting electrical drawings like SLDs and schematics to ensure precise alignment of field installations with design intent. •Capable of effectively coordinating commissioning activities among diverse project stakeholders, including management, designers, vendors, and contractors.
