Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and optimize daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Coordinate closely with Design, Planning, R&D, and Technicians for smooth production execution.
Monitor manufacturing processes for ventilation fans and smoke vent systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machines, and tools on the shop floor.
Maintain production schedules, reports, and documentation.
Identify process improvements and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Support product development and prototype manufacturing activities with the R&D team.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors when required.
Take ownership of production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Young, dynamic, and self-motivated engineering professional.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Go-getter attitude with problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-growing and evolving manufacturing environment.
Hands-on approach with good technical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Experience in HVAC, ventilation systems, sheet metal fabrication, or related manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
