Job description

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses based in Dubai to join a dedicated Home Healthcare team providing care to high-net-worth patients across private residences and luxury hotels.

 

This is a unique opportunity to deliver one-to-one, patient-focused care in a highly professional and discreet environment, supporting individuals who expect the highest standards of clinical excellence and personalised service.

 

About the Role

 

As part of our Home Healthcare team, you will provide tailored nursing care within private homes and premium settings, with a strong focus on patient dignity, comfort, and continuity of care.

This position is ideal for nurses who are highly professional, well-presented, and confident in delivering care within premium, client-facing environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Deliver one-to-one nursing care to patients in home and hotel settings

Support patients with chronic conditions, mobility needs, and geriatric care

Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Accompany patients to medical appointments where required

Provide emotional support and build trusted, long-term patient relationships


Role Details

 

Based in Dubai (community/home care setting – not clinic/hospital-based)

Rotational shifts within a structured schedule (48 hours per week)

Travel within Dubai required; occasional international travel may be involved

Work within a highly professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive environment

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists and therapists

Skills

Candidate Requirements

 

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DHA License

Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience (hospital or home healthcare)

Experience in geriatric care, long-term care, or VIP/private patients is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing environments

Discreet, respectful, and culturally aware

Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Currently based in the UAE (preferred)
