You will lead project workstreams, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and translate complex upstream concepts into clear commercial and strategic recommendations.

Lead and deliver consulting workstreams across upstream oil & gas projectsDevelop structured analysis to support strategy, governance, and investment decisionsBuild executive‑level presentations for C‑suite and board audiencesDesign operating models, governance frameworks, and organisational structuresSupport business development and proposals, with international travel


Profile
5-8 years' experience in strategy consulting, advisory, or energy consultingStrong exposure to upstream oil & gas value chainsFluent Portuguese speaker (essential requirement)
