Role Description: The Cabling Expert will provide technical leadership and oversight for all cabling activities. This role will design and plan cable routes, select appropriate cable types, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Design and plan cable routes and pathways.
Select appropriate cable types and connectors.
Develop and maintain cabling standards and documentation.
Supervise and mentor Cabling Technicians.
Conduct site surveys and assessments.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot complex cabling issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in network cabling design, planning, and implementation.
Certifications:
BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer)
Other relevant industry certifications.
