Roles & Responsibilities
Perform plumbing maintenance and repair works
Carry out electrical troubleshooting and fixture installations
Perform AC/HVAC servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Execute painting and touch-up works
Diagnose maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
Handle preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Ensure work is completed professionally and safely
Respond to maintenance calls and emergency repairs when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas properly
Coordinate with management and clients professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, AC/HVAC, and painting works
Previous UAE maintenance experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid UAE Driving License
Basic English communication skills
Professional attitude and good customer service skills
