We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Critical Care Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This role involves delivering expert clinical care to critically ill patients within the intensive care unit (ICU), working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive treatment and improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will lead clinical assessments, develop individualized management plans, and apply advanced critical care techniques.
Additionally, they will mentor junior healthcare professionals, participate in quality improvement projects, and contribute to clinical research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care and management of critically ill patients in the ICU.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Utilize cutting-edge technologies and evidence-based protocols in patient management.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients' families regarding treatment and prognosis.
Lead and participate in clinical rounds and departmental meetings.
Mentor and support medical trainees and junior staff.
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records, complying with healthcare standards and regulations.

Board certification in Critical Care Medicine.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice.
Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in critical care settings.
Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to perform under pressure.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
