Portfolio & Scale Operations: Oversee the successful execution of active client projects, managing regional partnerships and client retention.
Brand & Market Positioning: Elevate SalesIntouch's footprint in the UAE market through executive networking, strategic alliances, and industry thought leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Visa Status: Must possess a valid self-sponsored visa (e.g., Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Freelance Visa, or Spouse/Family Sponsorship) to ensure independent operational compliance in the UAE.
Proven B2B Mastery: 7+ years of senior commercial leadership experience (e.g., VP of Sales, Head of Business Development, or previous Startup Founder) within the UAE.
Elite Executive Network: An influential, established network of C-level executives, directors, and decision-makers across major UAE business sectors.
Entrepreneurial Grit: The financial stability and mindset to commit to a pure profit-sharing model in exchange for substantial, long-term wealth generation.
Master Negotiator: Exceptional track record in complex, high-value corporate negotiations, joint ventures, and enterprise closing.
