- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, with at least 2-3 years of trackable success in meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, enabling efficient lead management and sales tracking.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and persuade potential customers.
