Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of departmental operational plans, including performance metrics and reporting requirements.

  2. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence while performing assigned duties.

  3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate operational activities and organizational initiatives.

  4. Perform administrative, coordination, and operational tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

  5. Assist in organizing and supporting official events, meetings, and guest-related activities to ensure smooth execution.

  6. Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to departmental activities and projects.

  7. Provide general office support and contribute to the efficient functioning of the department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Academic qualification

    A bachelor's degree in international relations, business administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.

    Years of experience required

    0-2 years experience

    Required job skills

    1. Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs

    2. Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

    3. The ability to respond to inquiries and articles, deliver speeches, listen, and draft.
