Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing and implementing operational plans that ensure the application of the highest quality standards in all operations, procedures and projects of the Department , developing quality management systems, and measuring performance indicators to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO) and the standards of the Excellence Program and achieving institutional quality goals in accordance with the department’s strategic plans, objectives and initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Academic qualification

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a globally recognized university.

    Years of experience required

    Bachelor's degree: 2-4 years of experience

    Master's degree: 0-2 years of experience

    Required job skills

    1. Proficiency in writing, speaking, and comprehension in both Arabic and English.

    2. Advanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs

    3. The skill of planning, managing, implementing and applying projects.
