Description
* Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
* Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
* Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
* Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
* Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
* Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
* Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations
* Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
* Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
* Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
* Provide market feedback to refine the go-to-market approach

* 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a Hunter capacity
* Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
* Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
* Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
* Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
* Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
* Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
