Roles & Responsibilities
Procure CAPEX and capital equipment, electrical items, spares, and OEM supplies.
Perform technical & commercial evaluation of vendor offers in line with specifications.
Analyze cost components (material, conversion, logistics, duties, lifecycle cost).
Manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and long-term vendor agreements.
Handle global procurement/imports and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Lead inventory control, stores operations, and SCM compliance.
Drive procurement processes in SAP MM (PR–PO–GR–MIRO, vendor master, contracts).
Lead and develop the procurement & stores team.
Key Skills
Strong technical knowledge of cement plant equipment, electricals, spares, OEMs
CAPEX procurement and project purchasing experience
SAP MM/HANA hands-on expertise
Global Sourcing & vendor negotiation skills
Inventory & SCM best practices
Team leadership
