Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications.

• Develop and support mobile and desktop applications as required.

• Manage software projects independently from planning to implementation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Perform regular updates, maintenance, and system enhancements.

• Integrate third-party APIs and software solutions when required.

• Ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and developments.

• Coordinate with management and other departments to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in software development.

• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar frameworks.

• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

• Knowledge of mobile application development will be an advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud services, hosting environments, and website security.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
