Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market share within Arabic-speaking regions, identifying untapped opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Cultivate and manage key relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners across the MENA region, fostering long-term loyalty and collaboration.
- Spearhead new business development initiatives, from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and closing, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis of Arabic-speaking markets to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of the business landscape and cultural dynamics within Arabic-speaking markets (MENA region).
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is essential for global communication.
