Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Identify and approach potential clients for property sales and leasing
Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type)
Present suitable property options to clients
Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Negotiate pricing and successfully close deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly
Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends
Analyze competitor pricing and market conditions
Prepare sales agreements and related documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
Track sales activities and prepare reports
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams
Support promotional campaigns and listings
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of UAE real estate market
